How do I return or exchange my order?
Return and Exchange Policy
Requesting Returns/Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, you can request a return or exchange within one week of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team at support@powpondershop.com to initiate the process.
Required Information: When contacting us, include:
- Order Number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Clear photo of the item's tag and design (if applicable)
Verification and Guidance: Once we receive this information and confirm the problem, we'll provide instructions for your return, replacement, or reimbursement.
Return Process: For returns, we'll email you a return shipping label. Include the original packing slip when sending the item back.
Approval and Notification: Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the item. We'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the status.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Delayed Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, contact your card issuer or payment application. If issues persist, email us.
Exchanges for Color/Size: We do not accept exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. We provide print-on-demand custom pieces so each piece is made specifically Ensure your order is accurate and review the size chart or item description before purchasing.
Mislabeled Items: If you receive a mislabeled item, contact us within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the label and design for guidance on returning, replacing, or reimbursement.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, reach out to our customer support at support@powpondershop.com promptly. We'll do our best to cancel it before shipment.
Once you've received a tracking number, orders cannot be modified.
I ordered the wrong size or color, help!
We use print-on-demand, which means your order is custom to what you order and once processed through vendor, there is no way for us to change it. Make sure you double-check your order, including size and color before you purchase, please!
My shipping address entered is wrong. Oops!
We can not change any shipping addresses once the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as you notice your mistake and we will try and correct it before it is shipped by vendor.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Orders take about 3-7 business days to process, print and ship.
I only got part of my order.
We design and ship from various vendors based on availability and quantity. If for some reason you haven't received part of your order in a timely manner, click on confirmation email "view order" to see the status.
